Home Made Salsa Dip/ Sauce

Ingredients:
Red Bell Pepper
White Onions
Tomatoes
2-3tbsp Heinz Tomato Ketchup
Ground Pepper
Salt
Lemon Juice, Half lemon
1tsp of Parsley, Chopped
Tabasco (Optional)
Blender or Food Processor

1. Mix all together using a food processor.
2. Ratio for Tomatoes, Bell Peppers and Onions will be 1:1:1
3. Pinch of salt, dash of pepper.
4. Serve.

Tips:
You can make lots of these, and keep in a clean container for about 2-3 weeks in the fridge.
Top with fried dishes or dip with nachos.
